The sacrifice is addressed to the pisaca &c. that the corn may be in good quantity. A sort of Harvest-home. v kara. The word is also spelled dahura, & dahora, and probably is derived from dahurakari or davari gosavi, because these people attend on such occasions to make gondhala or revel.
